We ship by US Postal Service Mail® ONLY, except for those items that are specifically prohibited from being mailed by the US Postal Service. 2-3 days delivery time is the advertised average for this service by the US Postal Service. Meaning you should have your order within 7 to 14 days, excluding weekends and holidays, from when you place it online. HOWEVER we have NO control of the US Postal Service and cannot be responsible for mail delays. Live tracking information for USPS Priority Mail® shipments is not available. Any USPS tracking number you may be provided is only for delivery confirmation and does NOT provide live tracking information. This is a limitation of the US Postal Service, not us. Orders can take as many as 14 or more days in some instances and we have NO control over this and can do nothing about it should such a delay happen. As a result we make NO guarentee as to delivery time or speed with regards to any orders. If you need it sooner than a week please buy Express Mail® service at checkout which is a guarenteed 1-2 day service from the US Postal Service. Again keep in mind it can take 5 to 10 business days durring certain times of the year for us to process and ship the order. Those items restricted from shipping by US Mail will be shipped by the most economical carrier at the time of shipment unless other prior arrangements have been made, on a per order basis. Due to limitations of the shopping cart system used, shipping costs for those orders will be estimated by using US Postal Service rate charts. Should the actual shipping cost be lower than the amount estimated and charged during checkout, the difference will be refunded to the customer. Should the actual shipping cost be more than estimated amount charged, Bushman Web Service will pay the difference. Therefore the customer will only pay the lower of either the estimated or actual shipping cost. The average order shipping cost is approximately $6 to $7 including postal insurance.
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the Product ordered and the value of the order
as well as the destination address where it is to be delivered. Some heavy items as well as
software orders will be slightly higher due to the insurance cost, size and weight of the Product.
However, exact shipping costs can not be calculated until you have registered and provided
a complete and valid address. If you wish to check the shipping costs, you will need to
add the item or items you are interested in to the shopping cart. Then start the checkout process.
The first page after you have completed registering gives you the shipping total for the items
you have in the shopping cart. Registering with a phony address will give you incorrect shipping
costs. You can exit the checkout process at any time prior to the final payment confirmation
without being charged. Please note that it is our policy to ONLY ship orders paid for by credit card to the billing address registered with the credit card company for the card used. This is for your protection. Please do not ask us to ship to another address. |

Any Product item, other than Software, Special or Custom Orders, purchased from Bushman Web Service may be returned within thirty days of purchase for any reason for a refund, exchange, or credit towards another purchase. With some Products the Buyer may be required to return the Product to the Original Manufacturer (OEM) for a refund. The returned items must be in original condition with all manuals, instructions sheets or booklets, all warranties, cables, and originally supplied accessories and materials, with all original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt or a verifiable copy. Any returned Product must be shipped directly to the return location provided at the time the Buyer requests a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA"). Return freight must be prepaid at buyers expense. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. OEM and/or Bushman Web Service may refuse a refund or exchange or assess a restocking charge for incomplete merchandise returned or exchanged. Items showing any use or abuse will be returned by us or the OEM to the Buyer and any requested refund denied. Returns or exchanges will not be made for items originally sold and marked "as is" or "clearance." Postage and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are NOT given for slow shipping times. Refunds will be made by the same method as used to purchase the item if possible, not including postage or handling charges. Refund checks may take up to 14 working days to process. 9.2 Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") policies are subject to revisions at any time. Contact the Customer Service Department regarding policies and returns. All returned merchandise requires an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer Service at (801) 796-2288 (U.S. and Canada) or contact Customer Service via our website Contact Us Form for the appropriate RMA number or OEM contact information (10am - 5pm MST Monday-Friday) Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the OUTSIDE of the returned package. Packages returned without this RMA number will be refused. Once the RMA number has been assigned, it is important to return the Product within two weeks otherwise, the RMA number will become void and the parcel will be refused. You must obtain a new RMA if you are unable to make delivery to the designated address within two weeks. 9.3 If Products are to be returned to Bushman Web Service pursuant to this Section 9, Buyer may be subjected to 10% restocking fee, in Bushman Web Service's sole discretion. This includes duplicate shipments, refused/unclaimed shipments, etc., items ordered by mistake, not shipped, not fitting application, and unsuitability for particular application or design. No refunds on lenses, special or custom orders. 9.4 Software: Upon purchase, all sales are final. Bushman Web Service does not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of any software. In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Bushman Web Service will send replacement media. If in the advent the wrong version or software Product is received it will be exchanged for the correct version or Product if returned unopened. Opened software packages may NOT be returned. Please be sure the package you received is what you ordered before opening it. Once a software package seal is broken it may not be returned under any circumstances. 9.5 Gift Exchange: If you are returning an item received as a gift, you may exchange it for another item.
