): The Big Wash fire is burning 21 miles southeast of Cedar City, UT. Minimal fire behavior was observed. The Sanford fire is burning 20 miles northeast of Panguitch, UT. The Fire Use Management Team will transfer command to a Type 1 Incident Management Team.
