This part-day ride will begin in Richfield but will not leave the City Park until 2:00 p.m., in order to put the group in the right place at the right time of day to see elk And deer. The route will go west up the #04 trail, then south along the main Paiute #01 trail into the Rockwood area where we hope to see and hear some trophy elk. The mileage is estimated at 55 although we may have to alter the route somewhat depending on where elk have been seen. The trails should be easily negotiated. This group will arrive home after dark, so your ATV needs working headlights. The late return and possible varying route qualifies this as an "Intermediate+" ride.
