Manti Scenic Mountain ATV Tours

August 19 & 20, 2005

Schedule of Events

August 19th Sheep Trail Guided Tour
(Approximately 40 Miles of Scenic Beauty.) a portion of the ride requires advance riding skills.

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM   Breakfast at the Historic City Hall at 200 North Main in Manti.

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM   Late Registration at the Historic City Hall at 200 North Main in Manti (and pick up T-Shirt and Dinner Ticket) this is your ticket for the ride and lunch.

9:00 AM – Leave the LDS Stake Center for the sheep trail ride.

12:00 Noon - Lunch at 12 mile camp ground

1:00 PM – Continue through the rustic six mile Canyon.

4:00 PM – Return to LDS Stake Center

6:00 PM – Dinner for all participants of the both trail rides and sponsors.

Reduced price for others.

7:00 PM – Entertainment by Cindy Simmons & Mary Kanaphus

8:00 PM – Assemble for Main Street Parade at the City Park

8:30 PM – ATV Main Street Parade. (Open to everyone)



August 20th – Family day trail ride and poker run
(approximately 40 miles of Scenic Beauty)

9:00 AM – Leave the LDS Stake Center for the Patton trail ride.

10:30 AM – Rest at Fox Jet Reservoir.

12.00 Noon – Lunch at Duck Fork Reservoir.

1:00 PM – Continue tour thru the high mountainous area.

2:30 PM – Rest stop at Fox Jet Reservoir

4:00 PM – Arrive back at the starting point- Prizes awarded for the poker run.

Have a safe trip home.

Remember to bring cameras, binoculars, and lots of water.

Plan to enjoy some of the most scenic areas in Utah.

Call the Travel and Information center at (435) 835-6877 for special fates for the motels, bed & Breakfasts and the trailer parks in Manti.

Sounds like a great event, just not on my time frame.  But will be in Marysvale late July, need to get with your brother and buy one of those side mounting racks for my dually on either the 25th or 26th.  I'll also need a couple of accessory attachment points installed just behind my fuel/tool box.  

Gary please forward to your brother and see if we can set up a time.
