I went to the polaris dealer the other day & saw rack that held ice chest, gas cans etc....that extended from the rear on the ATV & it was like $152. So I decided to build my own, turns out I built the same rack for like $25 in material(maybe even nicer)

If anyone might be interested I would be willing to build some of these to accomodate your needs, smaller/bigger etc... to hold whatever you'd like for a reasonable price. Just PM me

I'm pretty sure I can build them for any brand.

Reply #5 - 05/28/09 at 09:01:19 For my wife and I...I made two gas can racks for each quad and also a �cooled rack for mine. I used aluminum bar stock and bolted them together with ny-locks. I then painted them with flat black textured paint. They look and work really good. Since I lack welding skills and equipment...that was my solution.

This is where I attatched my cooler rack. In addition, I used the rack extender on the back rack as additional attatchment points for all of the holders. You did a really good job. Better than most I've seen.
