Hey all,

I put up a 1-acre piece of property for sale on KSL. Here's the link if anyone is interested and wants to see some pics of it.

If anyone on here is serious about this lot, I'd knock a few K's off the price for a fellow ATV-er! Wink  That's one of my favorite things about this lot, though, is its proximity to trail 88.  It's close to Betenson Flat and the 01 trail also.  We were going to build a cabin on it, but found one farther south near Duck Creek instead, so we no longer need it.  We'll probably just use it for camping and Paiute access if it doesn't sell.  Thanks for looking!

ChanMan,

That's something I haven't really thought about.  I'll run it by 'the boss' and let you know.

What would be the usual season for staying up there for ATVers without getting stuck up there for the winter?

Depends on the winter of course, but usually the earliest you'll get in is around Memorial Day, and I took the pics I posted on KSL last week.  It can become inaccessible anytime from late October to December, just depends on the year.

I talked to a gal at the Fishlake FS office in Beaver, who told me they don't close the Kent's Lake Rd for snow in the winter, they just let the snow pile up so it's unable to be traveled except by snowmobile.  They close it in the spring as the runoff gets going, to keep it from getting too rutted.  When I was up there last week, there were shady spots I was going through 5-6 inches of snow, but it was very doable.  I was surprised to see no tracks on trail #68 where it crosses the road just west of Lebaron.  Perfect, unspoiled snow trail!   Wink

I would be open to suggestions. I would do it for the weekends that I come up or if you wanted to go month to month thru the summer months and I sign a lease for the summer I can do that also but I know you said you might want to use it yourself during riding season so let me know your thouughts and maybe we can do some business Thanks hope to hear from you soon.
