I now use only Ogio bags (front & rear). I was originally uneasy about the hook/loop straps, but they've proven plenty tough and the bags have held up real well.

Any of the bags that hold their shape and use velcro/hook and loop connections work really well.  I am currently running the ATVCocoon brand but I don't think they are still in business.  I picked up a dozen bags when Cabelas was clearencing them out for $25.  There are other companies like American Trails and others.
I just don't like the zipper kind.  They tend to get dirty and the zippers stop working after a couple of years.

If you are looking at Hard Boxes for you quad, you might consider Pelican Cases.  I have been using a model 1650 for years.  It is waterproof, dustproof, and sturdy.  Additionaly, they have an unconditional guarentee for replacement if damaged.

I tumbled my Honda Rincon in the Superstition Mountains last Feburary.  The box on the rear took the impact with no damage to the Quad.  However, the box was damaged, and the corner of it was broken.  I called Pelican Cases and they exchanged the box for a brand new one at no cost to me.

Note:  I had bought the case used for about $60 in 2004.

Good case, and good guarentee.  They list used ones on Craigs List, Ebay, and ksl.com.
