Most of you have seen the little SAR litter trailer I use for Search and Rescue and what we used to get Freddy's ATV off the Reeder Trail with.

That trailer has been used a number of times to get fatalities out of the back country but it has a pretty stiff suspension for an injured person.  It has leaf springs.  There is no sense in redesigning or trying to fabricate what already works well in a larger Sport machine.  

Well, I want to make another one that has a much smoother ride and that has four wheels.  That little trailer was not capable of having a medical person sit with the patient and this design will be capable of that.  

I don't need any electronics, motor, a seat, any drive components or plastic.  I will still need the the lower portion of the steering since I want to modify that so that I will be able to tow it behind my ATV.

Anybody seen anything like that or know of one?  It is going to cost me a couple of thousand to build it into what I need so I don't want to pay much for it...donation would be nice.

Yes to all.  I have a couple of possibilities.  But I am holding out for exactly what I want.  I need a sport frame with independent suspension front and back.  Pretty special...

I buy used parts from this outfit once in a while.  Sold them a unit once it was too expensive to fix.
They have a lot of old units in the back that might fit your need.
