UTAH - BLM Announces Recreation Planning Meetings

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Price Field Office has announced that there will be recreation planning meetings held at the BLM Price Field Office (125 S 600 W, Price, UT) on February 19, and March 13, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. During these meetings they will discuss travel management and recreation projects. Anyone interested in outdoor recreation on BLM managed lands in Carbon and Emery Counties is welcome to come.

The riding areas that are open in the Swell could be gone with the stroke of a pen and the pounding of a stake . I'm going to make at least one meeting . I hope the rest of you can too .

I just wanted to thank Bill , Dennis and Chris for going to this meeting last night . It was a very good meeting and I feel that our attendance made a difference . Don't let the term " recreation meeting " fool you . These are travel management meetings and your ability to ride in carbon and emery counties is being decided . Get involved ! Let's pack the next meeting !
