Plans have changed for the June 7th project. Instead of signing designated routes, we will be building a fence and doing some touch-up work on trail 636. This is where the OHV accident happened over the memorial day weekend. We will be constructing a fence to help send a visual message of the dangerous section of the trail. The County has worked this section with equipment, and we will be doing some touch up work in that area.
I plan on meeting at 9:00 A.M. where trail 637 meets the Moore Cut-Off Road. Please bring gloves, water, lunch, long pants, long shirt, boots, jacket, and any other personal items you may need. An ATV is not required for this project, but a high clearance vehicle will be needed to get to the project. There will most likely be time for a short ride after the project if you do bring an OHV.
If you have any quesitons, or need more details about where were meeting please give me a call or respond to this message.
If you plan on attending this project please let me know.
Thanks,
