Headed to the UTV Jam. Any Advice?

I'm really excited about heading down for:
1. My first Jamboree
2. My first time on the Paiute Trail

Any advice from those who've been to jamborees like this?  Must-ride trails? Must-do events? Where to get supplies (ice, lunch fixings, etc.).  I'm staying at Weber's Paiute Trail Inn.

Who else is going?
