Bighorn 27x9R12 and STI 12HD315

I have 4 new Bighorn 27x9R12 tires mounted on new STI HD3 12x7, 4/4 lug pattern, 3.5+3.5 offset, part #12HD315.  The wheels fit a trailer hub, golf carts and some Polaris.  I've had them mounted on an ATV towed trailer but haven't driven anywhere on them.  I've upgraded to 32x10R14 Roctane and don't need the 12" anymore.  I'm asking $400 for the set or $300 if you want just the tires.
