How to convert gbd files to gpx files

I was recently sent some gps tracks for Israel canyon to Eureeka. My problem is that they are gbd files and I don't know how to convert them to gpx files. Can this be done on basecamp or do I need a different program for this? Or can they be loaded to my gps as they are? I have the Garmin Oregon 550t. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for the tracks Brute Force, sorry for not getting back with you but I very busy with the Ride for Life.

Do you mean .gdb (Garmin Data Base)? It's used by Mapsource from Garmin, that was before Base Camp. You can download Mapsource for free from Garmin and then export the file so that Base Camp can read it. I have an old version of Base Camp so I guess it's possible that newer versions can read .gdb directly, but I doubt it.

Both Garmin Basecamp and mapsource can import gdb or gpx and export the results out to either.

But if ther is one utility anyone with a GPS needs, it is GPSBabel Multimedia file viewing and clickable links are available for registered members only!! You need to

I will have to download basecamp and gps babel to my laptop, as my desktop has a virus and I cannot even logon. Yes utahcruiser I get a little dyslexic sometimes, but I knew that someone as smart as you would straighten me out. Thanks again.
