Hey folks,

Here's a valuable instructional video that everyone should watch. It's produced by the old Civil Defense agency om cooperation with the CIA and the FBI.

It's a mere 4 minutes and 24 seconds long but, as Da Cap'n can verify, could save your life.  Cap's probably an expert at making tin foil hats to protect him from those mind control types.  He's probably got a good cache of tin foil in his submarine observation post.
