UTAH - BLM Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Trail System for Recapture Canyon REMINDER
ACTION NEEDED - COMMENT DEADLINE IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2016
Dear BRC Action Alert Subscriber,
This is a reminder that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah Monticello Field Office is seeking public comment on an environmental assessment (EA) analyzing a proposed trail system for Recapture Canyon near Blanding, Utah. The EA responds to San Juan County’s application for a right-of-way that would provide additional off-road, motorized travel opportunities in the Recapture Canyon area. The public comment period ends on Monday, October 24, 2016, and comments can be submitted online.
BRC is encouraging BRC members, supporters and all OHVers to consider the comments of San Juan County's local OHV club, San Juan Public Entry and Access Rights (Multimedia file viewing and clickable links are available for registered members only!! You need to
