So I clicked through all the GCNRA pages and I'm more confused now than I was before. They beat around the bush so bad that I can't understand what they are trying to tell us.
I remember there were several options for the new road plan in the Rec Area. Two of them were favored by liberty loving, motorized use fans. The other two equated to liberal idiots wanting to lock it all up and throw away the key forever.
So who won? What stage is it at? When are the plans going into effect? I suppose I could try to call their number again and get run around even more, but I would rather hear it in English from somebody here who actually knows what's going on.
