Who manages that road from HWY12 into the South side trail head to Casto Canyon? That road has seen far too many trailers and is 100% wash-boarded out. Garfield County? USFS?

Seems local Govt doesn't work Mondays or Fridays around here. I left a VM for Garfield County. We shall see if they can get a grader out there..
