With the impending reduction of water to ~13% of normal, all fishing limits have doubled. Its clear they've opened the dam because I've never seen the Sevier River (as it runs through Kingston Canyon) so full.

Fishing is great.. especially if you're using Garlic yellow power bait. We limited out in about 3 hours.
