A year ago I got a very nicely designed Talon bed extender from them. Solidly built would be an understatement but I did manage to lose the knob from the tailgate latch. I emailed to get the cost of a replacement and today a whole new latch showed up in my mailbox, free of charge. They make bed products for several machines and they are a local company, Morgan, UT.
