Nellis Dunes - Camping?

Before I left home yesterday, I looked into Camping at Nellis Dunes. All reports and blogs indicated you could camp in the dunes. Got here last night and signs everywhere NO CAMPING.

Best place for dispersed RV camping? I'm dragging my 43' 5th wheel (no ATV's). We're here for the Nellis Air show.

Be nice to know for next time. In the interim, we've rented an AirBnB (paid WAY too much for it) with super tight parking to accommodate my 43' 5th wheel. I hope my son appreciates the expense and effort here!  Wink
