My riding to Fairview last weekend was to see if the Skyline was usable for a trip to Marysvale. The snow drifts convinced me to rethink my normal route and now I’m planning on using the west side of Sanpete county instead. It will be a street legal only ride and I should be able to complete it in one day for each way. It goes something like; Right Fork Hobble Creek to Diamond Fork, Rays Valley Road and Sheep Creek to US 6, Dairy Fork to Indianola, Big Hollow Rd to Fountain Green, West Side Rd to Mayfield, then Salina / Aurora, P70 to Elsinore, P11 to Joseph, and P22 to Marysvale.

I made it to Marysvale and returned to Mapleton. On the return trip I decide to use the P02 East and P01 to get to Salina. Also when I got to Mayfield, I used 12 mile and 6 mile Canyons to get to Manti instead of going west of Gunnison Reservoir. That made it a nicer ride but a little longer (total 245 miles). There were some places, especially Dry Creek out of Marysvale that had debris fields or water still running from the rain storms the day before. I’ll post the return track when I get to Wi-Fi.
