Watching this out my window. It just crested the ridge to the east, likely now following Dog Valley toward HWY89.

PST68, PST08, PST32 and PST34 are all closed. As is SR-153, NFS Roads 137, 1012, 140, 121 and 516.

Despite the rains, the first did move north and up the mountain toward Kents Lake. A defensive line is being cut to halt further northern movement.

Made a run to PST68 (south side) yesterday. The 50" gate at the bottom is tape off and a ROAD CLOSED sign placed in front of the gate. At the top, they've placed logs and barriers to block off access.

Any guesses if this trail will return, let alone return as a 50" restricted trail?

Tape was down because it appeared as though 2x USFS folks on horseback were up on the trail.

PST68 is open again. No signs of fire. We ran my place to Dog Valley to PST68 (south end), up the mountain, to PST67/PST88 and down into Beaver via PST05. The PST05 seems to be where the majority of the fire was. That trail is beat up and burned down!
