Bushman Web Services is the sole owner of all information
collected on this web site. Bushman Web Services may collect information

In order to use this web site, a visitor must first

to give contact information (such as name and e-mail address). This
information is used to contact the visitor about the services on our
web site for which the visitor has expressed interest. It is optional

but encouraged so that Bushman Web Services can provide a more personalized

ORDER
Bushman Web Services requests information from the

(such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such
as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used
for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If Bushman Web Services
has trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to
get in touch with the visitor.

Bushman Web Services asks for contact information such as name and e-mail

From time-to-time our web site requests information

Services also tries hard to protect visitor's information off-line.
All of our visitor's information, not just the sensitive information
mentioned above, is restricted. Only employees who need the information
to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer
service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable
information. Our employees use password-protected screen-savers when
they leave their desks. When they return, they must re-enter their password
to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, all employees are
kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter,
as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified
and/or reminded about the importance Bushman Web Services places on
privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is
protected. Finally, the servers that Bushman Web Services stores personally

In order for this web site to enhance its ability
to tailor the web site to an individual's preference, Bushman Web Services
combines information about the purchasing habits of visitors with similar
information from other associated companies to create a personalized

companies, the companies collect and share that purchase information
with us so we can tailor the web site to our visitor's preferences.
WEB SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES
Bushman Web Services also sends the visitor web site
and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe
from service announcements, which contain important information about
the service. Bushman Web Services communicates with the visitor to provide
requested services and for issues relating to their account via e-mail
or phone.
CORRECTION/UPDATING PERSONAL
INFORMATION
If a visitor's personally identifiable information
changes (such as a zip code), or if a visitor no longer desires our
service, Bushman Web Services will endeavor to provide a way to correct,
update or remove that visitor's personal data provided to us. This can
usually be done at the member information page or by e-mailing our Customer
Support.
CHOICE/OPT-OUT
Bushman Web Services sends all new members a welcoming
e-mail to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally
receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.
Out of respect for the privacy of our visitors Bushman Web Services
presents the option to not receive these types of communications. Please
see our choice and opt-out below. Our visitors are given the opportunity
to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly
related to our web site at the point where Bushman Web Services asks

so visitors who buy a product from us, but do not want any marketing
