For the 2009 Tri-State ATV JAMBOREE.

| Registration is required no
later than February 22, 2009 as to allow adequate time for planning activities,
guides, meals, T-shirts, etc. Our BLM permit does limit the number of riders
and we may reach that limit prior to February 22, 2009.
There are other events in the area at the same time, and most of the motels
and RV parks were full prior to our registration deadline last year. Make
your reservations as early as possible.
SPECIAL OFFER for clubs/groups that register 10 or more full fee riders ($100.00).
Each rider will be issued $30.00 in JAMBOREE BUCKS. These JAMBOREE BUCKS
will be as good as greenbacks at our participating ATV Expo, vendors and merchants.
To qualify enter your club/group name in the Group/Organization
blank on the registration form. Registrations forms and payment
must be received prior to the registration deadline to qualify for this offer.
Late registrations will not qualify.

To register, by mail please complete and return a registration
form for each rider, along with payment for the fees.
$100.00 for the full three day event includes full breakfast each day, dinner
Friday night, T-shirt, and other giveaway's.
or
$50.00 per day for one or two day riders which does not include any meals, T-shirt
or other giveaway's.

Refund Policy
It is understood that after the February 22, 2009 registration deadline,
the advertising bills have been paid, Jamboree T-shirts have been ordered, delivered and paid
for. Arrangements have been made for breakfasts and dinners for the pre-determined number
of riders. Therefore, it is the policy of the Tri-State ATV Jamboree
to issue refunds according to the following conditions:

Registration refunds will be based on the following:
$60 - requests postmarked prior to January 6, 2009.
$50 - requests postmarked between January 6, 2009 and February 3, 2009.
$30 - requests postmarked between February 4, 2009 and February 22, 2009.
No refund will be issued after February 22, 2009.
Please allow adequate time for processing of refunds.

Forests and the Bureau of Land Management, for allowing Jamboree use of public lands under their
administration. Their land use and management policies have allowed for our controlled

Recreation, which administers ATV registration, safety, rider training and certification programs
